In a time of critical staff shortages in Myanmar IPC was able to provide logistics consulting and training. Oxfam and IPC were engaged in a long term consultancy for the second half of 2009 providing technical leadership to the logistics department serving Oxfam GB in Myanmar and building capacity into Oxfam’s local partner organizations in supply chain management.
