April 2016
IPC has supported Save the Children for more than 2 years; in 2016 we are leading the redesign and integration of all the excel tools that the Procurement and Supply Management Team (PSM) uses into a clever web based platform.
September 2015 to March 2016
IPC provided the supply chain design and management of Save the Children’s 4 million USD 2015 Floods Emergency Response in Myanmar.
Save the Children and IPC developed a new mapping technology called “HELEN” which is being used in emergency response operations today. HELEN is enabling fast visualization of storage and distribution data enhancing the management decision process in the Humanitarian Department.
May 2014 to May 2015
Save the Children and IPC collaborated in the reorganisation of Logistics process and integration with Finance and Awards sections for projects in excess of 20 million USD annually. IPC conducted trainings, workshops and coaching of 50+ Save the Children Staff in Myanmar.
Save the Children and IPC developed and deploy an inventory control system using bar coding data capture which was used as a “gap filling tool” until the deployment of a web based system in 2016.
